Medical Advisor Abbott Park Lake Bluff IL 60044 United States Part Time position Pay rate:
$110-120/hr.
Knowledge of established medical practice and disease state management Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment for in vitro diagnostics Experience with clinical research Key
Responsibilities:
Provide veterinary care in a part-time capacity, with a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.
Work on a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of two onsite visits per month at each location.
Conduct clinical research activities related to lab animals and/or small ruminants.
Possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an AVMA accredited or equivalent institution.
Eligible to be licensed in the State of Illinois.
Preferred
Qualifications:
2-3 years of clinical experience specifically in lab animals and/or small ruminants.
Practical understanding of local, state, and federal policies regulating the use of animals in research.
