Customer Service Representative

A retail company in Illinois is looking to add a new Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team in the Greater Chicago area.
In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for supporting retail customers and end-users with order support, product assistance and troubleshooting.
This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.
ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Specialist will:
Answer customer/consumer calls and e-mailsProvide customer service and troubleshooting as neededRespond to consumer online reviews through the portalArrange for shipment of replacement partsTrack and trace delivery of ordersCommunicate with employees throughout the organization on customer requirementsInitiate claim process with customersOrganize and maintain claim filesNotify the manufacturers of new claims and manage claims to closureWork within several customer portals such as Archway and CommerceHubAssist with general office and data entry projects, as necessaryQualifications 1
year of experience in a Customer Service and/or General Office Administration roleAssociate's DegreeComputer savvyMicrosoft Office Suite proficientExceptional phone etiquetteGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organized Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Claim Processing Communication Coordinating Customer Service Data Entry Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
